Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Customer Service Co-Ordinator / Planner / Scheduler
Location: Abingdon (OX14 1RL)
We’re looking for Service Co-Ordinators to join our Abingdon office (OX14 1RL) and play a vital role in keeping our service operations running seamlessly.
Do you enjoy customer interaction, problem solving and achieving results. Perhaps you're working in retail or hospitality but looking to move away from shift work? This is an office based role, working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. No shift work, no weekends, no Bank Holidays!
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a workplace where teamwork, respect, and mutual support are central to everything we do. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your work truly makes a difference every day. You'll receive full training and support which means we're keen to hear from those with transferable skills and a desire to learn.
At Trinity Fire & Security, we’re more than just experts in safety and security — we’re a supportive team with a shared purpose: protecting what matters most to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers; coordinating appointments, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises.
You will:
Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.
Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a quick call or a detailed email.
Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
At Trinity, we know that how you work with others matters as much as what you know. We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys helping others — you take pride in making customers feel heard and supported.
Is eager to learn and grow — you’re curious, open to feedback, and ready to build your skills.
Stays organised and adaptable — you can juggle priorities and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Brings positivity and a solution-focused approach — you’re a team player who’s always ready to lend a hand.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

23 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays).
Pension scheme and life assurance to support your future.
